Keeper Specific Classes

Keeper Training at the AthleteFIT-SoccerFIT Academy

This program focuses on the physical aspects needed to be successful as a Keeper. This class is set up to be held every Friday for 60mins, with a focus on Vertical, First Step Quickness, and Agility. Email Kelvin at to request information on this class.

Each session includes:

  • Mobility/ Stability Warm up to enhance Rhythmic confidence
  • Hand eye coordination exercises to complement the agility exercises
  • Jump training technique for max vertical jumps on the run
  • Body positioning to help increase first step quickness

Fall Season

12 sessions (August 10th-October 30th) that bridge the gap between speed, agility, strength & technical skill.

It is important that you list the days you will be attending, so that we can assess group size and close off a class when we reach capacity. We would like to keep group size between 8 and 12 players.
