Keeper Training at the AthleteFIT-SoccerFIT Academy
This program focuses on the physical aspects needed to be successful as a Keeper. This class is set up to be held every Friday for 60mins, with a focus on Vertical, First Step Quickness, and Agility. Email Kelvin at Kelvin@AthleteFIT.com to request information on this class.
Each session includes:
- Mobility/ Stability Warm up to enhance Rhythmic confidence
- Hand eye coordination exercises to complement the agility exercises
- Jump training technique for max vertical jumps on the run
- Body positioning to help increase first step quickness

Friday Program Times:

Choose the optimal class times, and use the comments box to ask questions and let us know if you will be attending the FULL FALL SEASON or if you will be JUST ATTENDING SPECIFIC SESSIONS. It is important that you list the days you will be attending, so that we can assess group size and close off a class when we reach capacity. We would like to keep group size between 8 and 12 players.
