During Kelvin’s senior year of high school football, one of his coach’s told him “ Your ability to understand, influence, and lead, will take you to places you never thought you could go!” From that moment on, Kelvin has done what he could to help everyone he can accomplish positive goals they have in sports and in life. After spending 6 years in the Army, Kelvin decided to become a personal trainer. After a short stint as a Personal Trainer, he decided to switch his focus to Sports Performance. Since his switch Kelvin has trained every level of Woman’s soccer, from U10 to World Cup gold medalist. Over the past couple of years, Kelvin has turned his primary focus to Soccer Goal Keepers and Volleyball Players

Vertical + First Step Quickness + Agility
This program focuses on the physical aspects needed to be successful as a Keeper. This class is to be held every Friday for 60mins, with a focus on Vertical, First Step Quickness, and Agility
Personalized Program + Convenient Times
This option will allow you to chose some time to work 1 on 1 with Kelvin to target some specific areas that might not be covered in the classes. 1 on 1 times can be scheduled in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
