Phase 1: First Touch

Today’s homework consists of 4 types 2 touch passing using different surfaces of the foot.

  1. Sole Stop
  2. Inside Touches
  3. Outside Touches
  4. Sole Roll

These patterns set you up for success in our passing combinations program, as well as our quick foot skill programs. We have shown several variations of each exercise, and we suggest that you start with the close (2-3 yards away from wall) variation and progress to the back (5-10 yards away from wall) variation.
