Choose Your Focus:
Our 1 on 1 & Small Group Elite Player Development Programs focus in specific needs. Each session could be different, but we want to have a goal, or objective with your training. We have 3 Primary Areas of Focus that we choose from, then we progress you through the system and integrate other areas as you develop.
More than just lifting weights, this program starts with body awareness and positioning strategies, then integrates athletic stability & quickness as we simultaneously introduce strength drills for power & speed.
Our speed & agility system will build confidence in your footwork, lateral quickness and explosive first step. We blend reactive aspects and position specific awareness as we progress towards sport specific speed.
Coached from an athletic footwork perspective, this program progresses from balance & controlled touches with the ball to explosive separation to peak your confidence in striking, attacking and turns.
Each Player Receives:
- Specific testing and in session video analysis
- Homework plans to continue to develop your skills
- Customized Online Training Program (upon request – additional cost)
- One on one attention, and training sessions designed around your specific needs
- Choose your track – Skill, Speed, Power or Fitness
