The Spring/Fall GameSPEED program is a combination of speed, strength and skill. The GameSPEED program meets for 60 minutes, 1-2 days a week (Monday thru Thursday) at 4:30pm, 6:00pm and 7:30pm. Each session includes:
- Mobility/stability warm up to enhance rhythmic confidence
- First step quickness and reactive speed based patterns
- Quick feet ball skill patterns, passing and off-ball agility
- Speed of thought and fitness based speed-skill work
- Overall athleticism and soccer specific power exercises

It is important that you list the days you will be attending, so that we can assess group size and close off a class when we reach capacity. We would like to keep group size between 8 and 12 players.
