SoccerFIT Class Registration

SoccerFIT: GameSPEED – May 30th-August 11th

The Summer GameSPEED program is slightly different from our other class offerings. Athletes can sign up for one week at a time, multiple weeks, or choose the full summer option. The GameSPEED program meets 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday) at 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am and 11am. Each class is 90 minutes and includes on-field activities (ball skills, agility and fitness) as well as indoor activities (strength, power and speed work). Weekly sign up fees will be $85/week for 4 – 90 minute sessions, but if you choose the full summer option you can take as many weeks as you can for $450 (saving almost 50%). Here is the focus:

  • Each class includes a mobility/stability warm up to enhance rhythmic confidence
  • On-Field sessions will be focused on agility, foot skills and speed based games
  • Indoor sessions will be focused on strength, power, stability and body control
  • Sessions progress from agility technique to reactive, multi-player decision making

Each 90min session is focused on bridging the gap between physical skills (speed, agility, strength) and technical skill (ball skills, games).
