Soccer FIT GameSPEED Program

This 1-2 day / week program is part of the SoccerFIT curriculum that will progressively challenge your skill, speed and fitness in ways that no other program can. Each 60 minute class will be held in our training center inside the field house at the Scheel’s Overland Park Soccer Complex and will focus on building confidence with the ball, reactive speed, quickness and power development.

Individualized + Return to Sport + Speed + Agility

AthleteFIT 1 on 1 training is designed to fill in the gaps that are sometimes missed in our group training sessions. If you need focused attention, or just don’t feel like a group atmosphere is right for you, this is the program for you. This is also where we will work with our athletes returning to sport after an injury, to ease them back into training.
