Integrated Ball Skills – Speed – Agility
This 1-2 day / week program is part of the SoccerFIT curriculum that will progressively challenge your skill, speed and fitness in ways that no other program can. Each 60 minute class will meet on the turf fields at the Overland Park Soccer Complex and will focus on building confidence with the ball, reactive speed and quickness.
Functional – Agility – Speed – Training
This 1-2 day / week program meets Monday thru Thursday, and is a perfect mix of speed, agility, strength and power activities. This class will progress athletes in age and level appropriate exercise progressions designed specifically to progress your speed/agility through enhanced power, fitness and injury prevention.
Individualized + Return to Sport + Speed + Agility
AthleteFIT 1 on 1 training is designed to fill in the gaps that are sometimes missed in our group training sessions. If you need focused attention, or just don’t feel like a group atmosphere is right for you, this is the program for you. This is also where we will work with our athletes returning to sport after an injury, to ease them back into training.
