Off Ball Agility + Ball Skills + Strength + Fitness
This 4 day / week program is part of the SoccerFIT curriculum and can be taken as a 1 week camp, or as a progressive training program that challenges your skill, strength and fitness in ways that no other program can. Each class is 90 minutes long and includes on-field skill work/fitness, and indoor strength and power development.
Functional + Agility + Speed + Training
This program meets Mondays & Wednesday for the high school & college players, and Tuesday & Thursday for the middle school players. A perfect mix of speed, agility, strength and power, this class will progress athletes in age and level appropriate exercise progressions to take their athleticism to the next level!
Individualized + Return to Sport + Speed + Agility
AthleteFIT 1 on 1 training is designed to fill in the gaps that are sometimes missed in our group training sessions. If you need focused attention, or just don’t feel like a group atmosphere is right for you, this is the program for you. This is also where we will work with our athletes returning to sport after an injury, to ease them back into training.
