Functional – Agility – Speed – Training
This 2 day / week, 60 minute program meets Monday thru Thursday, and is a perfect mix of strength and power activities designed to improve vertical explosiveness, first step quickness and powerful acceleration. This class will progress athletes in age and level appropriate exercise progressions designed specifically to enhance speed and power.
Individualized + Return to Sport + Speed + Skill
AthleteFIT 1 on 1 training is designed to fill in the gaps that are sometimes missed in our group training sessions. If you need focused attention, or just don’t feel like a group atmosphere is right for you, this is the program for you. This is also where we will work with our athletes returning to sport after an injury, to ease them back into training.
