Our training facility is located in side the field house at the Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex. Classes are held from 3:30 to 8pm Monday-Thursday.
Performance training classes are limited to 4 athletes per class. Each 45 minute session is designed around skill, speed or athletic power.
Our summer program is 4 days a week, 90 minute sessions of on-field skill and indoor athletic power and fitness.
