A look inside the program…

Details:

Training 1-2x per week in groups of 4 or less players. Each 45 minute, high repetition session provides the perfect mix of education and exploration.

Optional Focus:

  • Dynamic Strength – explosive plyometrics and athletic coordination 
  • Dynamic Power – Med ball throws, resisted sprints and athletic jumps

Seasonal Schedule:

  • Fall: Aug-Oct
  • Winter: Nov-Feb
  • Spring: Mar-May
  • Summer: June-July

Age Groups:

Classes are organized by both age and ability, focused on specific developmental progression.

Price:

  • Single Session: $35
  • Discounts available for seasonal or multi day a week sign ups
