Description
In Dynamic Speed of Play, we explore the concept of elevating the confidence and execution of individual players, and then expand our approach to small groups and teams. The goal…creating team synergy. A training environment where individuals learn to move and act together. Seeing the same opportunities and acting together to accomplish team objectives.
In this companion resource to my book (Dynamic Athleticism) we dig a bit deeper into team synergy. We make sense of the research and provide practical examples from real world experiences to provide a road map to elevate team play. Progressing from what the individual sees to what team can do together.
My aim in writing this series of articles is to bring different worlds together. By exploring a wide variety of research and connecting it back to sport, we can uncover ideas that deepen our understanding of how athletes learn, adapt, and perform. Each idea adds a new perspective, helping us see the connections between movement, mindset, and environment with greater clarity. Dynamic athleticism isn’t built by mastering isolated parts—it emerges when we connect them. And the more connections we make, the more possibilities we create.
